Vapors rise through a central tube and exit through a round opening into the interior of a Friedrich's spiral. Cooled and condensed during the descent in the spiral, the condensate is removed through an integral downward plain side tube. The boiling flask is a 1000mL Erlenmeyer (LG-7750-160), connected to the condenser by a 34/45 joint.
